  • No. As long as we have access (keys, key safe or meeting a representative), you don’t need to be there. Many tenants and landlords prefer us to attend while they’re at work.

  • Yes – we bring everything we need. If there are any building rules (for example, parking restrictions or specific access instructions), please let us know in advance.

  • We can’t guarantee the actions of landlords or agents, but we do guarantee a professional cleaning service. If there is anything you’re not happy with, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll discuss a revisit for any reasonable issues related to the cleaning.

  • Carpet cleaning can often be arranged as an additional service, subject to inspection and availability. Please mention this when you request a quote.

  • End of month and weekends are often busy. The earlier you contact us, the more likely we can match your ideal date and time.
